I had a lovely stay at this hotel, appreciation for its beautiful setting near a stream and the mountains that truly felt special. The service was outstanding, making me feel like a valued guest. However, the lack of air conditioning was a downside, and I could hear some noise from the trains on one side of the building. Overall, the experience was luxurious and worth every penny, but the heat could be uncomfortable without AC.

The rooms were very comfortable and well-kept, with a lovely view of the mountains. I especially appreciated the ample desk space and cozy chairs. The separate toilet area from the shower was a nice touch, making it feel more luxurious.

The Post Hotel is a charming and quaint place that's given me a sense of nostalgia from my earlier visit. While the ambiance is lovely and the staff is attentive, the facilities are showing their age, and some key amenities are missing, making it feel slightly lacking for the price point. A little modernization and better attention to details would go a long way in enhancing the experience.

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean but felt quite dated. It was small yet wisely decorated, and I appreciated the comfortable beds. However, the lack of modern amenities like a fridge or coffee maker was disappointing.
Service
7.0
I found the staff to be generally helpful, especially with the check-in process and providing information when needed. However, there were a few lapses in communication that could use improvement.
Location
7.0
The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, backing onto stunning views characteristic of Lake Louise. However, its location was not very private or secluded, feeling a bit congested at times.
Dining
5.0
While the dinner menu offered some delicious options, I found breakfast prices to be ridiculous for what was provided. A small box of cornflakes for $5 felt quite steep.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities need updating-the gym was underwhelming, and some equipment was out of order, making it hard to get a good workout in. The pool was decent, but overall, it didn't impress much.

Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful, with a clean and comfortable room that made us feel right at home. The amenities, especially the spa facilities, were delightful. However, the dining experience could use some improvement, and I felt there were limited options for breakfast. Overall, it was a great experience, but a bit more variety in dining would enhance the stay further.

This hotel offers a rustic mountain lodge charm with an intimate atmosphere and a fantastic staff. I truly enjoyed my stay, especially the dining experience and the relaxing pool and spa amenities. However, the noise from the passing trains was a bit disturbing at times, so I'd recommend choosing a room on the quieter side if that's a concern for you.
